A deposit of $35 is required before all reservations are confirmed.​

Deposits are applied to the reservation fee.

If a reservation is canceled in 72 hours, the fee can be refunded, but will default to a credit toward future bookings unless specified otherwise.

The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made in less than 72 hours. It is also nonrefundable for cancellations for reservations over major Federal and/or area school holidays such as MEA, and Spring Break. This applies to holiday weekends.

All reservation changes that shorten the length of stay must be within the 72-hour window. This includes changing drop-off dates or changing pick-up dates. This does not apply to lengthening the stay.

A cancellation fee ($35) will be applied for any reservations shortened over holidays reservations.

Reservations that are shortened during the stay with less than 72 hours notice will be charged for the original reservation.

If something happens and a dog has to be dropped off or picked up outside of regular office hours, a $20 fee will be applied. Prior approval is required before an outside-of-hours drop-off or pick-up can occur.

Cancellations less than 72 hours notice of a holiday reservation, will result in being charged for the entire stay. This includes holiday weekends.
