Deposit: A $35 deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Refundable Deposit: The deposit is refundable (typically issued as a credit) if you provide more than 72 hours' advance notice of cancellation.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable for:

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start of the stay.

• Any cancellation affecting major holidays/holiday weekends and/or school breaks.These peak periods include, but are not limited to, major holidays such as Christmas, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving, as well as designated school breaks like the fall break (e.g., MEA weekend), and Spring break.

Shortening Reservations:

• To shorten a reservation, 72 hours' notice is required.

• If a stay is shortened during a reservation with less than 72 hours' notice, the full cost of the original intended stay will be charged.​

Holiday Cancellations:

• Cancellations of holiday reservations with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged the full cost of the intended stay.​

Drop-offs/Pick-ups Outside Standard Office Hours:

A $35 fee applies to drop-offs or pick-ups outside of standard office hours. Prior approval for outside hours is mandatory.
